Managed Services Agreement “MSA”

The MSA is a recurring agreement (typically 1-3 years) between DYOPATH and the Client defining the overall terms and conditions of the services being procured through DYOPATH. The MSA is generally used for ongoing support and maintenance engagements and the term of the agreement is identified during the sales process.

Product Purchase Agreement “PPA”

The PPA is a is a non-recurring agreement between DYOPATH and the Client that defines the overall terms and conditions of products, maintenance and installation of those products being procured through DYOPATH.

Professional Services Agreement “PSA”

The PSA is a short-term (typically 1 year) non-recurring agreement between DYOPATH and the Client that defines the overall terms and conditions of services being procured through DYOPATH. The PSA is generally used for project based or professional services engagements.

Service Level Agreement “SLA”

The purpose of the (SLA) is to define the levels of service to be delivered by DYOPATH. The SLA includes metrics and performance indicators by which the Service Levels will be measured.
