SAVINGS FUNDS – 13% (EMPLOYEE AND EMPLOYER) PER PAY PERIOD
- Funds are paid in June and December.
PANTRY VOUCHERS (9%)
- Pantry vouchers are deposited on the 20th of every month.
- If it lands on a weekend, the funds are deposited the Friday before.
CHRISTMAS BONUS
- Employees will receive the equivalent of 25 days’ worth of salary their first year (or proportionate).
- After the employees first year with the company, they will be eligible for the full 30 days.
VACATION PREMIUM
- Paid when the employee reaches their first year of service.
- Employees start with 40% and it goes up to a maximum of 75%.
- The premium increases by 5% every year.
ANNIVERSARY BONUS
Equivalent to 10 days of salary.
- e.g., Monthly income of $30,000 MXN ÷ 30 days = $1,000 as your daily salary (The anniversary bonus would be $10,000 MXN).
QUARTERLY BONUS
- Employees will be evaluated on predetermined department specific metrics on a quarterly basis.
- Can earn up to 2.5% of annual income based on results.
VACATION DAYS (PTO)
- Once employees reach their first year of service, they receive 12 days of PTO.
- For the first 5 years of service, employees will accrue 2 additional vacation days per year.
- Beginning on the 6th year of service, employees will accrue 2 additional vacation days per-5 years of service for a maximum statutory requirement of 32 vacation days.
MAJOR MEDICAL INSURANCE
- Available to the employee, spouse (if married, a marriage certificate is required) and children through AXA.
- Begins on your first day of employment.
LIFE INSURANCE
- Administered through AXA and is only available for the employee.
- Coverage is $500,000 MXN.
MARRIAGE OR BEREAVEMENT
- In the event of the death of an immediate family member (i.e., spouse, child, parent, in-law, sibling, grandparent, or legal guardian), DYOPATH will provide full-time employees who have two (2) months of continuous service with DYOPATH up to three (3) days of paid Bereavement Leave.
- Employees needing to take Bereavement Leave should notify their Immediate Supervisor.
- Bereavement Leave has no effect on benefits. Employees may, with the approval of their Immediate Supervisor, use any available paid leave for additional time off as necessary.
EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM
- All MX positions are eligible for a referral bonus of $8,593 MXN.
