President’s Corner

The end of September is just a few short weeks away, and over the past quarter, several DYOPATH leadership team members and I have made many visits to our remote office locations and client sites. We have absolutely enjoyed reconnecting with you and meeting many of you in person for the first time! Our core value of Client Focus shines brightly within our organization, and our highest priority is to continue to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients.  

As of September 1st, we are just over 80% complete with all integration projects. We’re excited about the additional value we’ll be able to deliver to all our clients through upgraded tools and technology as well as improved capabilities. We are on track to complete the integration at the end of the year. Additionally, we are excited about the progress we have made in integrating the teams and culture. As a reminder, our acquisition of ITS allows DYOPATH to leverage the size and scope of the combined organizations to build a best-in-class service delivery organization that is highly capable of delivering exceptional service and support and innovative IT solutions that are always available, secure, and intended to empower your organization by reducing risks and improving performance.
