It’s hard to believe we’re already in March – this year is flying by! We closed our most recent acquisition over 6 months ago and we have made tremendous progress with the integration.
As of March 1, 2022, we are nearly 70% complete with all integration projects and those that remain are primarily focused on the tools and technology aspects of the business. Our CTO, James Melchor, is spearheading the consolidation of our tools and technology into a single, streamlined delivery model. In the coming months we will upgrade our ITSM, our phone system and other tools to create a best-in-class service delivery toolset.
Our acquisition of ITS allows DYOPATH to leverage the size and scope of the combined delivery organizations to build a Service Delivery team that is highly capable of delivering exceptional service and success across our entire client portfolio. Our Service Delivery Directors, Mark English and Guillermo Martinez, are leading the charge on aligning the Service Delivery organization with an intentional focus on delivering proactive support and operational excellence across all clients while reducing client onboarding timelines and ensuring we have a highly scalable Service Delivery organization.
I am equally excited about the progress we’ve made in integrating the teams and the culture. We have very high levels of collaboration occurring within and among all our locations. And, while we are operating in a hybrid on site/remote capacity, we continue to experience an increase in the number of employees coming into the office locations and meeting face-to-face.
