What We’re Looking For:
We're seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth by acquiring new medium to enterprise-sized clients. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker and relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
The Details:
- Location: remote
- Shift: regular business hours, Monday - Friday
- Pay: $90K - $95K annually
What You'll Be Doing:
Pipeline Development
- Drive managed IT and cybersecurity services to new logo/greenfield accounts
- Leverage industry relationships to generate new opportunities
- Qualify leads and apply consultative selling to craft compelling value propositions
- Build strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders
Sales Cycle Management
- Customize proposals and solutions based on client needs
- Collaborate with delivery and presales teams to ensure solution alignment
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close
Revenue Growth & Reporting
- Meet and exceed sales quotas for projects and recurring revenue
- Maintain accurate forecasts and report on sales activity
What You Bring
- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in IT services or cybersecurity
- Must have experience with MSSP or MSP industry
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and collaborative spirit
