Sam Aronov is the Head of Sales & Client Success at DYOPATH. Sam brings a unique combination of knowing what drives client success at both an operational and contractual level, which he uses to ensure clients are successful from the very first interaction with Business Development at DYOPATH, and throughout the entire clients journey which includes working with Account Management and Client Technology Managers to achieve IT maturity and the mutually agreed upon success criteria that was identified early on.
Sam grew up and spent the first half of his career in New York City, he now resides outside of West Palm Beach, Florida. Sam formally started his corporate career in business development surrounding advertising and marketing where he was a consultant for companies looking to build successful demand gen strategies using digital advertising. Most notably Sam worked at Trustpilot and Operative Media. Sam then made a switch into technology, where he led business development at leading Value Added Resellers, Myriad 360 and Vandis, based out of New York City. It was in this capacity where Sam learned about the architecture of over 100 different vendors ranging from cybersecurity, networking, systems, cloud, and DevOps. Sam then moved into Account Management at Dataprise, where he was responsible for leading and supporting over 80 clients in the company’s largest region by revenue and growth – the Northeast region. After 2 years of consistently delivering the highest client retention rates and growth, Sam was promoted to run Business Development, Account Management, and then as Director of the Sales Department. Now at DYOPATH, as the Head of Sales and Client Experience, Sam oversees the entire customer journey, leading teams from presales to post sales using his wealth of experience on how to deliver the best experience in every aspect of a customer’s journey.
Sam is a father of 1 girl and 1 boy, where he and his wife enjoy participating in their athletic careers. Sam is both a youth ice hockey coach as well as a defenseman for the ice hockey team he still plays with. Sam’s other hobbies include being an avid motorcycle enthusiast, cooking, mixed martial arts, and kayaking.
Sam graduated from the Culinary Institute of America – Culinary Arts AOS/BPS.
Prior to his first corporate job, just out of college Sam became a full-time professional online poker player, where he ranked 400th in the world out of 15 million players, as well as participating and placing 12th in the Asia Pacific Poker Tour.
