Sam Bourgeois is the Chief Information Security Officer. With over 15 years of experience in telecommunications, managed services, and both public and private sectors internationally, he leads DYOPATH’s technology and security teams. Sam holds a CISSP, CISM, CCP, and ITILv4 certifications, complementing his leadership experience in IT Director and Program Director capacities. Sam focuses on developing and delivering secure, efficient technology solutions that drive client success and resilience. His vision centers on aligning cybersecurity strategies with business goals to enhance client satisfaction. Through his expertise, he ensures teams provide innovative services that make clients more successful.
Sam is a father of 3 curious boys, and he and his wife are passionate about learning, traveling, and helping others. They are active in many non-profits and charities and participate in local community events.
Sam has a master’s and a bachelor’s degree, studying first in chemical engineering, then in education and technology.
Sam enjoys service projects locally and abroad, taking him to rural China all the way to Kenya. His travel has allowed him to see dozens of rural Alaska villages, much of Southeast Asia, the Caribbean, and Central America.
