Tanya Gruetzmacher is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of DYOPATH. She is responsible for supporting the employees and being a champion of culture, working to design programs and strategies to ensure a healthy and engaged workplace where everyone feels valued and impacts the business. Tanya’s role is to be thinking about the “future of work” and how DYOPATH, as a company, can continue to stay agile, leverage technology, and build processes and programs around acquiring, developing, and engaging our people. Tanya wants the employees to feel connected and cared about at work so they can go to a job they love every day.
Tanya is from Owen, Wisconsin and prior to joining DYOPATH, Tanya has worked in Human Resources for companies ranging from family owned and privately held to National, as well as Global. Tanya has also worked across a variety of industries including door manufacturing, insurance, business technologies and managed IT services, food production, and concrete manufacturing.
Tanya is married to her Husband, Ben, and has three sons, a dog, and chickens. Her hobbies include spending time outdoors, hunting, and playing/watching sports.
Tanya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from University of Wisconsin.
