Patrick Ryan is the Senior Director of Service Delivery & Enterprise Programs at DYOPATH, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in the Managed Services Provider (MSP) space – supporting multiple enterprise clients across diverse industries. For the past 14 years, Patrick has led global delivery teams at DYOPATH, overseeing the Service Desk, Network Operations Center, Field Services, Depot, Service Operations, and Enterprise Programs. His leadership drives operational excellence, SLA performance, and alignment with each client’s unique goals. With a deep understanding of the MSP model, Patrick is known for building high-performing, accountable teams that consistently deliver a seamless and scalable service experience in complex, multi-client environments.
Patrick began his career in the United States Marine Corps as a Telecommunications Specialist, where he built technical expertise and a strong foundation in leadership and discipline. His service included assignments in Okinawa, Japan and California, along with deployments around the world. He continues to strengthen his skills through ongoing education in organizational leadership and operational performance.
Originally from the Chicago area, Patrick now lives in Geneva, a suburb of Chicago. He is an active father of two and enjoys fitness, seasonal outdoor activities, gardening, cooking, technology hobbies, and travel.
