Aparna Sharma is the Senior Director of the PMO and brings nearly a decade of leadership at DYOPATH and over 20 years of experience in product and program management. Aparna played a key role in building the company’s industry-leading onboarding process, which emphasizes client experience and long-term success. She’s passionate about creating seamless onboarding experiences that build trust, drive value, and set the foundation for lasting partnerships. Aparna also leads initiatives that deliver successful projects, ensuring client outcomes that foster repeat business and strengthen relationships.
Aparna received her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois and her MBA from Northern Illinois University. Aparna started her career after college at Motorola where she spent 8 years working in their IT department and Product Marketing. After she had children, Aparna shifted her focus to ice cream, and was a Baskin Robbins franchisee for almost 10 years. In 2016, Aparna was given the opportunity to work for Single Path, now DYOPATH, and has been learning ever since!
Aparna was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago and has never left. She currently lives in Bartlett, IL with her husband and two kids. When she is not at a baseball game, golf match or cheer competition, she enjoys taking walks in the neighborhood, eating something delicious and spending time with her family. Aparna savors reading when she has the chance, and one of her favorite books is titled Present Over Perfect.
