As we near the midpoint of 2022 I’m thrilled to report that we have made great progress on the integration of our recent acquisition. We are more than 80% complete with all integration tasks and the bulk of the remaining work is focused on building out our best-in-class Service Delivery organization. We’re excited about the additional value we’ll be able to deliver to all of our clients through upgraded tools and technology as well as improved capabilities. We are on track to complete the integration in the fourth quarter.
Like all of our clients, we’re facing uncertainty in the marketplace with rising interest rates, inflation and of course, the unprecedented talent shortage. Our highest priority is to continue delivering exceptional service and support to our clients. To that end, we continue to invest heavily in recruiting and retention including adding additional recruiting staff, increasing our employee referral and retention bonuses and engaging external staffing firm support.
Over the next several weeks I, along with other members of the DYOPATH leadership team will be visiting all of our office locations and many client sites. We’re looking forward to reconnecting with many of you and also meeting others for the first time in person.
