Product Manager
Product Manager (MSP / MSSP Services)
Build What We Sell. Scale What We Deliver. Define What’s Next.
At DYOPATH, our services are our product — and how we define, package, and deliver them is what sets us apart. We’re focused on creating scalable, repeatable, and high-impact MSP and MSSP offerings that drive value for our clients and growth for our business.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to own the lifecycle of our service portfolio, shaping what we sell, how we deliver, and how we continuously improve. This role is ideal for someone who can translate complex technical services into clear, structured, and market-ready offerings.
Role Details

- Establish governance for documentation standards, templates, and approvals
- Ensure consistency across all functions (Sales, Delivery, Support, Finance, Marketing)
Pricing & Service Economics
- Develop and maintain cost models, pricing structures, and MSRP
- Continuously refine unit economics (ticket costs, delivery costs, infrastructure support)

- Build and communicate product roadmaps and release cycles
- Ensure alignment with compliance requirements, SLAs, and contractual obligations
- Maintain accountability across cross-functional stakeholders
