Jessica Dahl is the Senior Director of Finance at DYOPATH. She is responsible for leading the organization’s financial operations and strategy to support sustainable growth and long-term financial stability. Jessica oversees financial reporting and compliance while continuously seeking opportunities to optimize systems and streamline processes. Her focus on actionable financial insights and cross-departmental collaboration supports DYOPATH’s mission of delivering exceptional value and sustained success for clients and stakeholders alike.
Prior to joining DYOPATH, Jessica worked in public accounting, specializing in multi-state corporate taxation, before becoming a member of her firm’s State and Local Tax (SALT) group. She later transitioned to the private sector, continuing her accounting career within a business technology organization. Throughout her professional journey, Jessica has consistently demonstrated a passion for driving meaningful impact through process optimization, acquisition support, software implementation, and team development.
Originally from Tomahawk, Wisconsin, Jessica and her husband currently reside in Edgar, Wisconsin with their son and dog. Jessica enjoys an active family life centered around their son’s sporting events. Together, the family loves exploring new destinations, whether on long road trips or local day excursions, and Jessica especially enjoys spending time outdoors golfing, hiking, and snowshoeing.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Superior and maintains an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
