Tracy Garcia is the Chief Service Officer at DYOPATH. She is responsible for setting the strategy and managing all aspects of the DYOPATH client experience, ensuring high client satisfaction across the organization. Her passion for DYOPATH comes from the fact that it feels more like a family instead of a corporation. The DYOPATH family and clients give her challenging work to do which she enjoys. Her favorite quote is, “Believe you can and you’re halfway there.” Theodore Roosevelt. She believes in hard work, optimism and having fun at work.

Garcia’s hometown is Crete, IL, and prior to joining DYOPATH, Garcia worked in technology sales, marketing and client management.

Garcia and her husband currently reside in Barrington, IL with their four kids ranging in age from 10 to 21 along with a dog and a very selfish cat. Outside of work, Garcia enjoys traveling, exercising, and watching her kids play sports. She’s an avid reader and at the top of her book list is, “Born a Crime” by Trevor Noah.

Garcia holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Eastern Illinois University.
