Sonyia McNeill is the CFO for DYOPATH. An accomplished, results-driven Financial Executive, McNeil has led financial teams for companies and corporate divisions ranging from $40M to $250M in annual revenues. She is highly proficient in streamlining business operations that accelerate productivity, improve efficiencies, and increase EBITDA. Her experience also includes M&A integration – including thirteen acquisitions in the past three years – and ERP system migration for each acquired business.
McNeill’s career interests and work experience have focused primarily on privately held companies – guiding SMBs with strategic planning, collaborating with owners to optimize growth potential, and logistically preparing companies for an acquisition.
Sonyia holds a BS in Accounting from McNeese State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas. Originally from the country in Louisiana. McNeill graduated high school from a small town named Rosepine which is approximately 1 hour north of Lake Charles.
McNeill and her family currently reside in Houston, TX, where they are active members of their community. She currently volunteers for two non-profit organizations who assist young professionals and low-income families in personal financial management. In her spare time, McNeill enjoys a variety of outdoor sports and games. At the top of her list is a leisurely round of golf – usually viewed from the driver’s seat of a golf cart.
