Guillermo Martinez

Guillermo Martinez is the Director of Service Delivery for DYOPATH overseeing the operations of Global Service Desk, Project Management Office, and Client Computing services for the Eastern portion of the United States. In 1990, Guillermo worked as a Data Communications Manager for St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center in NYC where he served as the architect of their first LAN/WAN infrastructure while leading helpdesk and process improvement processes.

In 1996, Guillermo Martinez joined Cabrini Medical Center as Manager of Network Services where he managed a multi-million dollar infrastructure and network upgrade. Guillermo was promoted in 1998 to the position of Director of Technical Services where he gained responsibility for all voice, video and data communication, culminating in the promotion to Assistant Vice President of IT and CIO. In 2005, Guillermo joined Hackensack University Medical Center as Director of IT Services and Telecommunications where he managed the service desk, end-user computing, telecommunications, network engineering, information security and project management. Guillermo joined Innovative Technology Solutions, LLC, in 2014 as Director of Professional Services.
