Eva Gilbreath is the Human Resources Director at DYOPATH. Gilbreath is responsible for developing and executing the DYOPATH human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management, change management, organizational and performance management. She serves as an advocate for both employees and the business, constantly balancing the needs of both to ensure that employees receive the required support from their employer, and the business has employees who are focused on success. Her passion for DYOPATH comes from the fact that every day is a new challenge along with DYOPATH’S strong focus on families as a core corporate value. Her favorite quote is, “Do or Do Not, there is no try.” Yoda.
Gilbreath’s hometown is Huffman, TX and prior to joining DYOPATH she worked in HR management roles across several industries including banking, warehouse/distribution, software services and high-tech B2B organizations.
Gilbreath and her husband have 3 children ranging from 13 to 28 years old, and has several pets including a dog, a frog, a chameleon and two turtles, along with the animals they raise for her daughter’s FFA competitions. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting and coaching a competitive 14U softball team. Gilbreath’s favorite book is Gone with the Wind by Margaret Mitchell.
Gilbreath studied Health and Human Services with a minor in Shakespearean Literature at University of Houston.
